About Kerri
Kerri Montgomery is a licensed real estate agent with Flotilla Real Estate Partners and has been working in the real estate industry since 2007 when she purchased her first investment property.
While putting herself through college at Oklahoma State University, she purchased and managed a Subway franchise at the age of 24. Shortly after graduating, she sold her restaurant and moved to Oklahoma City where she pursued a career in human resources, working for various companies, including Express Employment Professionals, Chesapeake Energy and American Energy Partners. She was responsible for the daily staffing needs of these companies; sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates in the areas of engineering, accounting, finance, IT and various oil and gas related fields. The knowledge she gained from sitting in the boardroom, working directly with executives and hiring managers was tremendous and helped her build a solid foundation of business acumen.
After many years of working in the corporate world, she stepped out in faith to pursue a dream of once again owning her own business. In January 2016 she became a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Green Meadow and later would be named Rookie of the Year. In the years to follow, she helped friends, family and neighbors with their real estate needs, closing more than 150 transactions and over $25 million in closed volume. Kerri was recognized as a Top 500 Producer in the Oklahoma City metro area and has been a leader in the industry, serving on the Board of Directors for MDMAR Association of REALTORS® and the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty. She has trained and coached agents and other business owners in business development, negotiations, pricing, financials, and growth.
In 2021, Kerri relocated to eastern Oklahoma, near Tulsa, where she continued to consult her real estate clients and grow her investment portfolio. Now, with the help of her new brokerage, Flotilla, she is passionate about serving the people of eastern Oklahoma with the same level of integrity and passion she has always been known for.
