Flotilla is about keeping real estate local , and developing brokers who are experienced & trained in real estate rules & regulations so they can support both their clients AND agents.

How Flotilla Is Traditional

We pride ourselves on partnering with highly-skilled, experienced agents who run their business on referrals & repeat clients —they don't rely on buying all their leads from big tech companies. We’re about building a small brokerage based on QUALITY real estate partners with expert knowledge in the Oklahoma real estate market, not by quantity of agents.

And while we have incredible technology, we don't believe agents should be sitting in front of their computers struggling with their technology. We belive REALTORS® best serve themselves and their customers when they're face-to-face with them, communicating their expert knowledge to their clients.

What We're Offering

For the majority of the year, our broker, Jennifer Arsenault, is focused on our core group of agents’ real estate businesses in order to have a strong foundation for Flotilla. But every so often, we recognize opportunities for growth. Our staff has grown, and we have a beautiful, new office to fill with agents who are excited to be on the ground floor of something new with trusted friends & partners in their business.

So today, we're opening our doors to established professionals with 4 or more years in the industry .
